On November 9, 2017, the next edition of the international nutritionDay 2017 will take place in the Czech Republic in order to map the nutrition care in hospitals, health resorts and homes for the elderly with a special focus on patients on intensive care (ICUs) and oncological patients. In 2015, more than 100 workplaces from the Czech Republic joined the nutritionDay event and data from an incredible number of more than 2,300 patients (573 patients in ICU, 289 cancer patients, and 930 residential homes for the elderly and LDN patients) were collected. Worldwide the Czech Republic ranked among the 4 most active countries (Austria, Belgium, USA and the Czech Republic).
